WORK

Selected work, from brief to outcome.

More than fifteen years of systems built for insurers, medical companies, schools, and cultural organisations across Europe and internationally. Several are still in daily use, some for more than a decade.

Most engagements are direct. Others are as consultants: alongside another agency, or inside a client's own team when a senior UX, Agile, or development role is needed for a period. Both ways of working remain open to us.

REF · NORDIC NUCLEAR INSURERS · 2010—PRESENT

Fifteen years, three CEOs, one relationship

A rebranding job that grew into the claims infrastructure a national insurance pool depends on — and, a decade later, the trust to rebuild their core insurance system too.

ClientNordic Nuclear Insurers (NNI)
SectorNuclear insurance pool, Sweden & Finland
Since2010, ongoing
Chapter one — NNICHDB

A web application to handle claims in the event of a nuclear accident, usable by several member insurers at once. Launched for SAMKÖ-KKÖ 2011, the national nuclear accident exercise — maintained ever since, now on version 3.

Chapter two — HNIPCHDB

Allianz Hungary, for the Hungarian Nuclear Insurance Pool, asked for the same capability — rebuilt for Hungarian rules, in Hungarian and English.

Chapter three — NIS

After a decade of reliably maintaining the claims system through three changes of NNI leadership, the client handed over their core insurance platform too.

What changed with NIS

The old system ran on Windows only, was slow to learn, and made small functional changes expensive. Creative Planet rebuilt it as a secure, responsive web application, independent of operating system. UX design collapsed the learning curve; the architecture was built to be updatable at a lower ongoing cost.

Close, continuous Agile collaboration meant problems were caught and fixed as the system was built, not discovered after delivery. The finished platform passed an independent security audit conducted by HiQ.

REF · ICELLATE MEDICAL AB

From brand identity to lab and patient systems

A client that started with a design engagement and grew into a full software partnership, deepening in stages.

ClientiCellate Medical AB
SectorCirculating tumor cell (CTC) analysis
DeliveredBrand identity → LAMS → Genemate

iCellate's original process ran on email, phone calls, and two disconnected Excel files. It was slow, repetitive, and offered no search, reporting, or GDPR compliance.

LAMS — the internal side: a lab management system built on a LIMS foundation, customised to iCellate's specific workflow. Minimal repetitive data entry, full search and reporting, role-based access, and integration with an external referral system.

Genemate — the public-facing side, added later: a patient portal with BankID login and payment, taking a patient from ordering a test through to receiving results, connected through to referring doctors.

REF · AXELSONS INSTITUTE

One course first, then a curriculum

An e-learning platform built the Agile way: proven small, then scaled.

ClientAxelsons Institute
DeliveredMoodle-based e-learning platform
FormatVideo, 3D anatomical animation, assessed quizzes

Rather than commit upfront to a full curriculum, Creative Planet piloted a single course first, validating format and platform in close collaboration with the school's head teacher. Once proven, the platform was built out with produced content: 3D anatomical animation, filmed instruction, and assessed quizzes, across desktop, tablet, and phone.

REF · BONVISI

Brand identity, and a device interface people rely on in surgery

Full brand identity for a medical device company, plus the on-screen interface of the physical device itself.

ClientBonvisi
DeliveredBrand identity, 3D visualisation, marketing materials, on-device UI

Creative Planet built Bonvisi's identity from their startup phase: logo, graphic system, website, packaging, and 3D visualisation of the ENDO-P endoscopy pump. Beyond the marketing materials, the pump's own on-screen interface — the controls a clinician touches during a procedure — was designed as a genuine UX deliverable.

REF · PAPAGENA · BERLIN · 2019—PRESENT

A new system, built around the people who use it every day

Papagena is Berlin's leading B2B ticketing service for cultural events. Its internal system was rebuilt from the ground up, and has been in daily use since 2019.

In useSince 2019

The previous system had become hard to use and costly to change. Creative Planet replaced it with a new one designed around the people who work in it every day: consulting services, full-service ticket processing for partners, and the routines in between. For its users, the difference was immediate.

Access is organised in several levels, so permanent staff, seasonal staff, and partners each see and do what their role requires, and nothing more. People joining for a season can be brought in, and out again, without risk to the rest of the system.
