Three disciplines, one team.
We don't hand a UX deliverable to one team and a build to another. The same people who shape the interface stay accountable for how it's delivered and how it performs in production. And when a product needs a visual identity, we design that too.

Understanding before designing
We start with the people who will use the system and the work they need to get done. Structure and interface follow from that, and are tested with real users before anything is built.
- Information architecture for complex, technical subject matter
- Wireframes and prototypes, tested with real users
- Accessibility built in from the start, not checked at the end
Built for a long working life
Web applications and platforms on established frameworks, connected to the systems around them and hosted in the EU/EEA.
- API-first, so the system can connect and grow over time
- Independent security audits where the context calls for it
- Clear terms for code and assets, agreed in each contract
A process the client is part of
Agile used as a way to steer and learn together, led by a Certified Scrum Professional – ScrumMaster.
- Regular planning and reviews with you, not only within the team
- A minimal version first, validated with real users, before complexity is added
- Short investigations instead of guessed estimates when scope is unclear
Design is still part of the practice
Creative Planet's practice began in visual identity, branding, and print — and that work continues today. Logo systems, brand guidelines, packaging, and 3D product visualisation, for clients such as Swedish Biofuels, Medical Vision, Reload, and Rousseau Events, have been created by the same people who went on to design the interface and build the system.
A brand developed this way doesn't need to be translated for the screen afterwards: it is designed together with the product it will appear on, under the same structure and restraint that shape our UX and Agile work. See the work or our background.
